Terms of Service
Last updated 26 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and quant.trading ("quant.trading", "we"; business registration pending) for using quant.trading, trade.quant.trading and the quant.trading app. By requesting access, creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
quant.trading is research software, not financial advice. Nothing on the site or in the app is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Backtests, signals, levels, forecasts and AI answers are hypothetical, can be wrong, and do not predict future results. Trading can lose money, sometimes more than you put in. See the Risk Disclosure.
1. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. During the beta, access is by approval and we may decline or withdraw access at our discretion. You are responsible for using quant.trading only where that is legal for you.
2. Your account
Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One person per account.
3. What you may not do
- Break the law, including securities, commodities and market-abuse laws (for example spreading false information to move a price, or trading on inside information).
- Upload or share content you don't have the right to share, or that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing or infringes someone's privacy or intellectual property.
- Scrape, copy or resell the service or its data, get around limits or security, or use it to build a competing product.
- Use automated means to create accounts, or overload or attack the service.
- Present quant.trading's output as personal financial advice to others, or use it to run an advisory or fund business without the licenses that requires.
4. Your content
You own what you create (canvases, scripts, algorithms, notes, posts). You give us a license to host, store, copy and display it as needed to run the service, and to show it to the people you share it with. Content you make public, such as a shared canvas link, can be seen by anyone with the link. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
5. The Shop
Members can list algorithms and indicators in the Shop. Sellers are responsible for their listings, for having the rights to what they sell, and for any claims they make about it. Performance shown for a listing is hypothetical. We don't check or guarantee listings, and buying one is not advice to use it.
6. Data, AI and research
Market data, filings, news and research come from third parties and public sources. They may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and are provided "as is" for information only. AI features can produce inaccurate or made-up answers; check anything important before relying on it. Information about real people and companies comes from public sources and does not mean they are connected with or endorse quant.trading.
7. Paper and live trading
Paper trading is a simulation with no real money, and simulated fills don't reflect real market conditions. Live trading connects your own Hyperliquid account directly from your browser: quant.trading is not a broker or exchange, never holds your funds or keys, and is not responsible for orders you place, how they fill, or the availability of Hyperliquid. Hyperliquid is not available in some countries, including to US persons.
8. Plans, credits and payment
Paid plans (Canvas Standard and Canvas Pro) are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Settings; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. AI credit packs are one-off purchases; bought credits don't expire while your account is open. Prices are shown before you pay and may change with at least 30 days' notice for subscriptions. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.
9. Changes and availability
quant.trading is in beta. Features may change, be limited or stop, and the service may be unavailable at times. We may update these terms; we will post the new version here and tell account holders about significant changes. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using quant.trading and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or others at risk.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading or investment losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where quant.trading is registered (registration is pending, and this page will name it once it completes), and disputes go to the courts there, unless the consumer law of the country you live in gives you the right to bring a claim at home.
14. Contact
quant.trading (business registration pending). Message the quant.trading team in the app's chat; its registered name, address and email will be listed here once registration completes.
